Tuba Kressnig completed her commercial banking apprenticeship at Baloise Bank SoBa and then expanded her professional experience in customer advisory services at a major Swiss Bank. At HC Solutions, Tuba has gained extensive experience in all areas of HR Administration, supporting both Swiss SMEs and international clients.

During her part-time studies in business administration at the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland, Tuba gained her first insights into the field of Human Resources. Through majoring in Human Resource Management & Change, Tuba achieved her goal of building her career in HR after completing her bachelor's degree.  She has now successfully obtained her HR Specialist certificate with Swiss federal diploma. Since 2022, Tuba has been supporting our clients with great dedication in all areas of HR administration and recruiting.

In her free time, Tuba is passionate about playing the piano and enjoys spending time with her family. She enjoys recharging her energy in a cosy environment and baking various delicacies.
