Tímea Istojková completed her secondary school diploma at a bilingual grammar school in Slovakia and then moved to Switzerland to take a gap year and experience a new culture. One year quickly turned into five, and Switzerland has long since become Tímea’s new home.

Over the next five years, she built her career in retail, working her way up to deputy store manager. Along the way, she took on leadership responsibility, successfully headed teams, and gained valuable hands-on management experience. Her interest in working with and for people ultimately led her to Human Resources. The AKAD certificate as an HR Assistant gave her a solid first insight into the field, and she is now deepening this knowledge in the Bachelor’s program in Business Administration at the Fernfachhochschule Zürich (FFHS).

After completing her studies, Tímea sees herself working in HR in the long term, and by joining HC Solutions she is already taking her first step into the world of Human Resources. As an Office Assistant, she is using this opportunity to further develop and expand her expertise in the HR field. She actively contributes to the success of our Advisory Team, and her strong customer focus ensures our clients’ needs are always suitably accommodated.

 

To balance work and studies, Tímea enjoys strength training, jogging, and hiking, or likes to get lost in a gripping book.
