Tatiana began her professional career with an apprenticeship at a daycare center, gaining valuable insights into educational work and successfully completing her vocational baccalaureate. Over five years, she worked passionately with children and also earned a diploma as a vocational trainer.

Tatiana is currently in pursing a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology at the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland, specialising in work, personnel and organisational psychology. She looks forward to applying her psychological knowledge in the HR field and continuously developing her expertise in this area.

At HC Solutions, Tatiana supports our clients in recruiting by combining her psychological expertise with hands-on knowledge from personnel psychology to identify the right talent for each position.
In her free time, Tatiana enjoys reading with great enthusiasm and finds inspiration in engaging literature. She also values spending quality time with family and friends.
