After completing her vocational training and gaining her first professional experience, Nathalie Wyss earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Law from the ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences in 2021. She subsequently completed a Master of Science in Business Administration, majoring in People Management & Organisation, at the HSLU Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. She is currently further expanding her expertise in employment law by pursuing a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Employment Law.

 

During her master's studies, Nathalie deepened her knowledge in the areas of digitalisation, change management and organisational development, applying these concepts in a range of practice-oriented projects. At the same time, she gained valuable experience as an HR Generalist at a non-profit foundation, where she further developed her broad HR expertise and payroll knowledge. Prior to this, she worked in HR Administration for a Swiss automotive company.

 

With her strong customer focus, analytical mindset and passion for employment law and HR-related matters, Nathalie supports clients with commitment and a practical, solution-oriented approach. She values personal interaction, quickly familiarises herself with new topics and is committed to continuously expanding her professional knowledge.

 

In her free time, Nathalie enjoys playing football, keeping active through a range of sports, and spending time with family and friends. When she isn't on the move, she enjoys unwinding with an engaging book.
