After completing her apprenticeship as a retail specialist, Nathalie Wyss continued to build on her education and earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Law from ZHAW in 2021. With a strong interest in employment and social insurance law, it was clear to Nathalie early on that she would find her professional fulfillment in HR. To prepare for this career path, she completed further training as an HR Assistant at NBW.

Nathalie gained first practical HR Administration experience in the HR department of a Swiss automotive company. While pursuing her part-time Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on People Management & Organization at HSLU, she explored topics such as digitalization, change management, and organizational development—bringing these insights to life through exciting project work.

Alongside her studies, Nathalie expanded her responsibilities as an HR Generalist at a social foundation, further developing her expertise in payroll and broadening her HR skill set. With her strong customer orientation and wide-ranging interest in all HR topics, Nathalie supports the HR Services team with great dedication. She loves learning new things and continuously expanding her knowledge to provide the best possible support to clients.

In her free time, Nathalie is an avid football player, enjoys staying active through various sports, and treasures time spent with family and friends. Every now and then, she loves spending quiet moments with a good book.
