Following her commercial apprenticeship, Nathalie Kunz completed a part-time degree in Business Economics with a specialisation in Human Resource Management. She further deepened her HR expertise by obtaining the Swiss Federal Certificate in Social Insurance and a Diploma of Advanced Studies in Personnel Psychology. She is currently expanding her knowledge with a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Employment Law at the ZHAW School of Management and Law in Winterthur.
For over 10 years, Nathalie Kunz worked in HR consultancy for a large company, where she also served part-time on the board of trustees of the company’s pension fund, spending the last two years as chairman. More recently, she gained experience in the SME sector within the IT industry, where she held sole responsibility for the HR department. Nathalie Kunz is well-acquainted with the HR challenges faced by smaller businesses and has experience in building small HR organisations.
In her free time, Nathalie Kunz enjoys spending a lot of time in the mountains and loves not only summiting peaks but also discovering new countries and cultures. In addition to sports activities, she enjoys good food and likes reading books.
