Natalie Roth completed a commercial apprenticeship in the travel industry and subsequently obtained her vocational baccalaureate. For several years, she worked as a flight attendant, gaining extensive experience in dealing with people and diverse cultures.
In addition to her work in aviation, she supported various nationwide education and social projects as a project assistant, further developing her organizational skills.
Natalie is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Health at FFHS, with a focus on communication, psychology, and prevention. Through her studies, she is deepening her understanding of interpersonal dynamics, which helps her to understand candidates individually and select them precisely.
At HC Solutions, Natalie works in recruiting, bringing her open nature and strong service orientation into her daily work. After graduating, she aims to further develop her career in the HR field and expand her expertise.
In her free time, Natalie enjoys traveling, exploring different cultures and cuisines, and volunteering in social projects.
