Morena Forner completed her commercial apprenticeship in the consumer goods industry, graduating successfully with a Federal Vocational Baccalaureate (Berufsmaturität). She then gained two years of professional experience in customer service, where she further strengthened her customer-centric approach alongside her communication and organisational skills.
 
Following this, Morena took the opportunity to travel extensively and immerse herself in different countries and cultures. These experiences broadened her perspective, enhanced her independence and adaptability, and gave her a deeper appreciation of different people, traditions, and ways of working.
 
Morena’s passion for working with people and delivering excellent service had found the perfect home in a career in Human Resources, where she can combine both every day. She is currently completing her HR Assistant certification to further develop her expertise in Human Resources. Through this programme, she is expanding her knowledge in HR, personnel administration, and recruitment. With her commercial background, service-oriented approach, and open, motivated, and reliable personality, Morena is a valued addition to our team.
 
In her free time, Morena enjoys cooking and experimenting with new recipes. She also loves travelling, discovering new cultures and practising Pilates, which provides the perfect balance to her professional life.
