Magdalena graduated with a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Lodz (Poland), majoring in Human Capital Management. She has developed strong expertise in Human Resources and people operations, supported by professional certifications including CIPD in Human Resource Management, PMP®, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

Magdalena brings international HR experience, including senior roles in Switzerland and Ireland, working within highly regulated, stakeholder-driven environments. Magdalena has extensive experience in HR shared services, operations managment, HR governance and service delivery models. Her expertise includes HR consulting, process optimisation, change management, and compliance with regulatory requirements, with a strong focus on risk management, audit readiness, and service quality.
