Lotte Elderhorst first started her professional career in the hospitality industry after completing her initial education in Hospitality and Tourism Management. In 2008 she began working in HR where she focused no longer on the hotel guests, but rather on the employees and their requirements. During her HR career, Lotte Elderhorst has held a variety of HR positions in various international companies, including the role of an HR Manager, HR Business Partner and most recently as Head of HR. She has gained vast experience in different industries and has become acquainted with a variety of organisational forms and cultures.

Lotte Elderhorst has since completed additional further education in Human Resources. After obtaining her federal diploma as an HR professional, she went onto complete a master's degree in HR management at the FHNW University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland. She wrote her master's thesis on the effect of organisational change on the psychological contract. Lotte Elderhorst is also a trained business and career coach, and her coaching competence proves to be extremely valuable in her daily HR work.

Lotte Elderhorst loves to spend her free time outdoors and in the mountains, where she also accompanies people from time to time so that they can use the power of nature for their personal development.
