After completing her commercial education in an international IT and technology company, Lara Brand gained in-depth experience in HR administration - from an SME in the events industry to an international auditing, consulting and financial services company.

In 2023, Lara successfully completed her training as an HR Assistant at NBW in Zürich. In addition, she is currently completing her advanced training as an HR Specialist with Swiss federal diploma. What Lara particularly values about HR is its versatility and the opportunity to work closely with people. Lara is highly interested in and dedicated to HR topics and looks forward to continuously deepening her expertise and staying up to date in the HR field.

In her free time, Lara stays active with Pilates and enjoys quality moments with family and friends – whether over a leisurely meal or on shared excursions into nature. This balance provides her fresh energy and motivation for her daily work.
