
Joëlle Hürlimann

After completing her commercial apprenticeship in the hotel industry, Joëlle Hürlimann went on to participate in an international management training programme in hospitality in Brussels, London and Berlin. Upon returning to Zurich, she began her HR career as an HR Assistant, later taking on responsibility as training manager and moving into the role of HR business partner.
Today, Joëlle brings many years of experience across all areas of HR management. She has further qualified as a certified HR professional with a Swiss federal diploma and has further advanced her expertise through the CAS “HR Consulting in Practice” at IAP (Institute of Applied Psychology) and the CAS “Employment Law” at ZHAW (Zurich University of Applied Sciences).
Her experience spans operational HR management, advising managers on all HR-related matters, employment law, HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle, and workplace health management. Joëlle is used to taking responsibility in dynamic environments, providing managers with expert advice and developing practical, pragmatic solutions.
In her free time, Joëlle enjoys sports and spends a lot of time with her family, her two children and friends.
