After her commercial education, Barbara Puma obtained during three years of study the Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Business Administration HF. In addition, she has deepened her HR expertise in various courses and further trainings, most recently with the CAS in Labour Law at the ZHAW School of Management and Law in Winterthur. Barbara Puma has 15 years of HR experience in an international transport company, including four years in a leadership role.

Barbara Puma has proven experience in the field of HR services as well as sound knowledge in operational HR management as an HR consultant. She is familiar with labour law issues and a wide range of HR processes. Barbara Puma is used to advising managers on all management levels on all HR-related issues and to presenting pragmatic and well thought-out proposals for solutions. In addition to her main position as Consultant/Senior Manager at Swiss International Airlines, Barbara Puma supports our team on a part-time basis offering our clients expert advice on all labour law and operational issues.

In her free time, Barbara Puma enjoys travelling, reading a book or enjoying her house and garden in the countryside.
