Annika Danielsson completed a commercial apprenticeship before starting her studies in applied psychology, specialising in industrial and organisational psychology, at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences, graduating with a Master of Science ZFH in Applied Psychology. Annika has also advanced her HR expertise through further training in payroll, becoming a certified HR specialist with Swiss Federal Diploma and completing the CAS “Employment Law” at ZHAW (Zurich University of Applied Sciences).

Annika spent three years in the Middle East working for an international consulting firm where she gained experience in the area of HR planning and career development. Upon returning to Switzerland, she expanded her knowledge in the field of recruiting.
 
With her extensive experience in personnel development, personnel planning, recruitment and HR consulting. Her areas of expertise include international HR matters, performance management topics, and the development and implementation of HR processes. Annika has been supporting our team since 2021 as a HR Consultant and since 2025 as our Lead HR Consulting.

In her free time, Annika enjoys experimenting with new recipes, exploring different countries and cultures and spending time outdoors or staying active.
