After completing a commercial apprenticeship in Zurich, Annette trained and qualified as an HR Professional with Swiss federal diploma. She enhanced her HR expertise by completing further courses in social insurances, Swiss labour law and a postgraduate course in systemic-solution focused coaching at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland. In 2021, Annette completed her Master’s degree in Human Capital Management at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences and wrote her master's thesis on value-adding HR models for small businesses. 

Before starting her own business with HC Solutions, Annette worked for over 15 years as an HR Manager in various international companies and industries including real estate, financial services and engineering. Her area of expertise is HR consulting, creating and implementing HR processes, handling international questions and implementing benefits systems. Annette is aware of the HR challenges of smaller companies as a result of her many years of experience in smaller organisations.

In her free time, Annette loves working out, going for runs and cycling. She enjoys going to concerts and is a passionate scuba diver. As a family person she loves spending her spare time with her son and her family.
