Ladina Goerre

Ladina Goerre completed a commercial apprenticeship at a regional Swiss bank and subsequently gained further professional experience at a major Swiss bank. As she had been interested in HR from an early stage, she decided in 2021 to pursue a degree in Business Psychology with a focus on Work and Organizational Psychology at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. At the same time, she worked in the HR department of one of Switzerland’s largest research institutes.
In the summer of 2025, Ladina completed her Bachelor’s degree in Business Psychology and began her Master’s in Applied Psychology at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland. Alongside her studies, Ladina supports our clients in recruiting, applying her up-to-date psychological expertise directly in practice.
In her free time, Ladina enjoys staying active. She finds balance from her academic and professional life through climbing, playing tennis, or jogging, as well as through relaxed game nights with family and friends, which help her recharge.
